:: What the hell?
I felt like making a Livejournal for my incoming doll, and then decided to have all of my characters share the love.

:: ...Why?
Because I thought it would be fun.

:: What is Reminiscity?
The name dates back to 2006, after a falling-out with an internet community in which I created Keilyra. Reminiscity is the city she lives in - a sprawling, cool-hued city filled with marvelous skyscrapers, gorgeous parks, and not a single soul but her. The city also happens to exist on a floating hunk of land in the middle of an endless void. She adores it. Now Reminiscity is the home of all the characters floating around in my brain.

:: Why is Albel Nox listed in your Character Theme Song thingy? He's not yours.
I know that, silly! He's from Star Ocean: Till the End of Time and I certainly had no hand in creating him. I only list him because he's one of the very, VERY few "outsourced" fictional characters to worm his way into my brain ruthlessly and without mercy. Because he took on a life of his own inside my head, he gets the privilege of having a song, too.

	Caine Lapointe is an Archmage and has a sworn vendetta against Eravisté. Cool-headed and normally unflappable, he enjoys quiet study hours to himself and the feeling of a puzzle coming together at long last. Some think him mad, but that's just because he lives alone in a tower. He's quite sane... we hope. His theme song is currently unknown. [View Caine's Posts]
	Eravisté, AKA "Era," AKA (WARNING!! Forgotten Era spoilers!! Highlight to read) Lucien Baines, is a powerful mage and an utter sweetheart. He has a whole novel written about him, making him the only one of Melissa's characters to have a finalized (if already outdated) story viewable anywhere outside of Melissa's brainmeats. He's humble about it, though. His best friend is Gabriel and he lives in a tall tower both in- and out-of-story. His theme song is "Comforting Sounds" by Mew. [View Era's Posts]
	Keilyra Orchid Rhythm is the founder of the city of Reminiscity. A spirit being, she is akin to the alter ego of Melissa, her "mental self" of sorts (though her personification outside of Melissa's mind tends to skew this quite a bit). Playful and never hesitant to speak her mind or dispense unwanted advice, Keilyra delights in dancing and singing, and she is never without a song in her head. Her theme song is "Listen To Your Heart (Roxette Cover)" by DHT. [View Keilyra's Posts]
	Lennon "Lenn" Merle is Melissa's first (and so far only) BJD, a Crobidoll Nia (with default faceup and eyes). A relatively new addition to the household (arriving on April 27, 2009), he has the distinction of being the first of Melissa's characters to have a physical, tangible body... and therefore much more access to her computer than her other characters. 	Lysander Siskin is a cambion (the child of a human and an incubus/succubus) with a fondness for knives and a heavy dose of psychopathy. His favorite food is the suffering of others and he's not someone you'd want to meet in a dark alley. He probably kicks puppies too. His theme song is "Hell Above The Water" by Curve. 	Aislinn Sheridan is post-high school and stuck in a rut... at least that was the case until a freak accident delivered her into the hands of the most powerful blue-haired elf in the land. Being no-nonsense is driving her rather mad in her current predicament. Her theme song is "Shadow on the Wall" by Brandi Carlile.
	Gabriel Dalgard is a hedge wizard who earns his living by the sweat of his brow. Loud and boisterous but with a heart of gold, he is Era's best friend and can be likened to that crazy-awesome uncle we all wish we had. His theme song is currently unknown.
	Kobal Thornslight is the resident Gaelic-accented blue-haired elven "King of Thieves." He runs his so-called "guild" with a compassionate ear and a dagger hidden behind his back. Things get shaken up a bit when a certain redhead finds herself entangled in his affairs. His theme song is "In The Shadows" by The Rasmus.
	Kurtairan Hopewind is an incubus of the gentlemanly persuasion. Humanity has jaded him quite a bit in his 50+ years, but he still finds people are worth his concern and love. He has a fondness for facial piercings and a raging hatred for Lysander. His theme song is currently unknown.
